SPEEDLIGHT Prokit Beauty Dish NEW VERSION (BEA-D)

Designed for portraiture the beauty dish consists of an inverted silvered cone mounted within a large white collar. The modifier is strapped to the flash so that its light is bounced back off the silvered surface onto the white material giving an even and flattering lift to the subject while eliminating hotspots and harsh shadows. For the best results it should always be used with the diffuser dome included with the kit.

The second generation dish also comes with a second diffuser, made from fabric, that stretches across the front of the unit to further soften the lighting where required.

The dish is light enough to hand-hold. Deploying it as close as possible to the subject achieves softer tones and light intensity.

The beauty dish is an impressive 46cm in diameter when assembled, but is light, easy to take apart and stow. It fits into a compact 16" x 13.5" bag.
